Community Benefits for the
Granbury Community

The campus is designed to privately fund the infrastructure needed to build and operate the site, reducing reliance on existing public infrastructure and minimizing impacts on city resources.

The project has been designed to operate as independently as possible through on-site power generation, a closed-loop water system and environmental controls that prioritize responsible development, and environmental controls that prioritize responsible development.

The project team intends to participate in the Community Benefit Fund while supporting local businesses, educational initiatives, workforce development, and school programs that introduce students to careers in power generation and digital infrastructure.
